The Pathways
Self-paced journeys for creative reconnection, inner clarity, and living the work
The Pathways are a growing collection of self-paced courses designed to help you reconnect with yourself through tarot, reflection, creativity, and gentle inner work.
Each one explores a different part of the journey — from returning to yourself, to learning how to listen more deeply, to beginning to live what you already know in a more honest and embodied way.
These are not courses to rush through.
They are spaces to return to.
Places to slow down, reflect, notice patterns, and build a deeper relationship with your inner life and creative practice over time.
You might be here because…
you feel disconnected from yourself or your creativity
you’re craving a slower, more meaningful way of approaching growth
you sense something in your life is trying to change, but you can’t fully see it yet
you want support that feels thoughtful, reflective, and human
you’re tired of forcing clarity and want to learn how to listen to yourself again
you want to reconnect with intuition, creativity, and inner trust in a grounded way
You do not need to think of yourself as an artist to move through this work.
At its heart, this is about learning how to come back into relationship with yourself.
What are the Pathways?
The Pathways are self-paced digital courses made up of reflective lessons, tarot practices, journal prompts, and creative invitations designed to help you engage more honestly with your inner world.
Each pathway can be taken individually, while also forming part of a wider body of work exploring creativity, intuition, identity, transformation, and the quieter patterns that shape our lives.
There is no pressure to move quickly here.
The intention is not to “fix” yourself or arrive at some perfected version of who you should be. It’s to create space for reflection, reconnection, and the kind of change that happens gradually through attention, honesty, and practice.

A gentler approach to growth
So much of modern self-development asks us to move faster, produce more, optimise ourselves, and constantly become “better.”
This work moves differently.
The Pathways were created around the belief that real transformation often happens more quietly than that.
Through paying attention.
Through honesty.
Through learning how to stay present with yourself long enough to hear what your life is trying to say.
You are allowed to move slowly here.
Want ongoing support?
The Pathways can be taken individually and returned to in your own time.
But if you’re looking for a more ongoing relationship with the work, you can also join The Inner Studio — the membership space at the heart of Invisible Strings Studio.
Inside The Inner Studio, you’ll receive:
access to all current Pathways
access to future Pathways as they’re released

It’s designed for those who want a steadier, more immersive way of moving through the work over time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience with tarot?
Not at all. The pathways are designed to be accessible whether tarot is completely new to you or already part of your life.
Do I need to be an artist or creative professional?
No. Creativity is approached here as a human experience, not something reserved for a particular identity or skill level.
How long do the pathways take?
You can move through them entirely at your own pace. Some people may spend weeks with a pathway; others may return to them repeatedly over time.
Will I have lifetime access?
Yes. Once enrolled, you’ll be able to revisit the material whenever you need it.
Can the pathways be taken individually?
Yes. Each pathway stands on its own while also forming part of a wider body of work.
Is this therapy or coaching?
No. These are reflective educational experiences and are not a replacement for professional mental health support.
Begin where you are
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning.
You do not need certainty.
You do not need a perfect plan.
You do not need to already feel fully confident or ready.
Often, the beginning is simply the moment you decide to listen more closely to yourself.
The Pathways were created to meet you there.
