The Pathways

Some things need more than a quick answer.

There are questions you can think about for an afternoon, and others that ask you to stay with them for a while.

The Pathways are self-guided journeys through three of the central questions at the heart of Invisible Strings Studio: how do we return to ourselves, learn to hear what is truly ours, and begin bringing more of what we discover into the lives we’re creating?

Each Pathway — Return, Listen and Live — gives you the time, structure and practices to explore one part of that journey through tarot, reflection, creativity and your own lived experience.

The aim is to see what happens when you take the ideas into your own life: what you notice, what you question, what becomes clearer and what you begin to understand differently.

The Pathways give you somewhere to stay with the questions long enough to discover what they might mean for you.

You might be here because…

  • you’ve lost touch with what you actually want beneath everything you think you should want

  • you keep returning to the same question and sense there’s more to understand

  • something in your life feels ready to change, even if you don’t yet know what that change looks like

  • you want to trust yourself more without treating every instinct or feeling as an instruction

  • you’re curious about what tarot and creativity might help you notice that thinking alone hasn’t

  • you want to give an important part of your life more time and attention than a quick answer can offer

You don’t need to think of yourself as an artist or have everything figured out before you begin.

The Pathways are for giving the questions that matter enough room to unfold — and discovering what becomes possible when you stay in conversation with your own experience.

What are the Pathways?

The Pathways are self-paced digital courses that give you the structure and space to stay with a question rather than rushing towards an answer.

Each Pathway combines reflective lessons and tarot practices with its own invitations for exploring your experience more deeply — noticing patterns, questioning assumptions and discovering what becomes clearer when you give something your attention.

Each Pathway can be taken individually, while together Return, Listen and Live explore a larger movement: finding your way back to yourself, learning to recognise and trust what you hear, and experimenting with what it means to bring more of it into the life you’re creating.

There’s no pressure to move quickly or reach a particular conclusion.

The point isn’t to fix yourself. It’s to give yourself enough time, curiosity and attention to discover something you couldn’t have known before you began.

The Collection

Reconnect with yourself beneath the noise through awareness, pattern recognition, and the practice of return.

Deepen your relationship with intuition, symbolism, creativity, and the quieter language of your inner world.

Explore what it means to create, express, choose, and move through life without losing connection to yourself in the process.

What’s included

Each Pathway includes:

  • A complete self-paced journey exploring one part of the wider work

  • Reflective lessons designed to deepen the central question as you move through it

  • Tarot spreads and practices for exploring your own experience

  • Journal prompts and invitations to take the ideas beyond the lesson

  • Lifetime access, so you can move slowly and return whenever something becomes relevant again

Depending on the Pathway, you’ll also encounter creative practices and experiments, with lessons delivered through a combination of written, audio and video content.

A gentler approach to inner work

We’re often encouraged to treat change as another project: identify the problem, find the answer, take action, become better.

The Pathways make room for something different.

Here, change begins with attention. With staying close to your own experience long enough to notice what keeps returning, question what you’ve taken for granted, and become curious about what you might not yet understand.

You’re allowed to take your time, change your mind, and let understanding emerge through the practice of paying attention.

Want to make this an ongoing practice?

The Pathways are complete journeys in their own right, with lifetime access so you can move through them slowly and return whenever you need.

But you might reach a point where you don’t want this kind of exploration to be something you finish. You want somewhere to keep returning as new questions, experiences and creative possibilities emerge.

The Inner Studio is that place.

Membership includes access to all three Pathways, alongside thoughtful conversations about what it actually feels like to live this work, deeper explorations of tarot and symbolism, and creative practices that offer different ways to listen, notice and discover.

There’s no programme to keep up with and no endless stream of content to consume.

It’s a place to make listening, questioning and creating an ongoing practice — and to return to whenever something is asking for your attention.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience with tarot?

Not at all. The Pathways are designed to be accessible whether tarot is completely new to you or already part of your life. Everything you need to work with the cards is introduced along the way.

Do I need to be an artist or creative professional?

No. You don’t need a particular creative identity, skill or practice to take a Pathway. Creativity appears differently across the work, and where creative practices are included, they’re about exploration and discovery rather than making something “good.”

How long do the Pathways take?

There’s no set pace. You might move through a Pathway over several weeks, spend longer with particular lessons, or come back to parts of it months later when they take on new relevance.

Take the time the work needs rather than worrying about finishing it.

Will I have lifetime access?

Yes. Once you purchase a Pathway, it’s yours to return to whenever you want.

Can the Pathways be taken individually?

Absolutely. Return, Listen and Live are complete journeys in their own right, so you can choose the one that feels most relevant to what you want to explore now.

Together they form a larger journey through returning to yourself, learning to listen more closely, and bringing what you discover into the life you’re creating — but there’s no requirement to take them all or work through them in order.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. The Pathways are self-guided reflective and educational experiences. They offer practices for exploring your own experience, but they aren’t therapy, coaching or a substitute for professional mental health support.
