Return
A Pathway for finding your way back to yourself
Sometimes we become so caught up in keeping things moving that we lose touch with our own experience.
We stop noticing what we feel, what we need, what keeps catching our attention. Creativity can become harder to reach. Our own responses get buried beneath expectation, habit and the noise of everything demanding an answer.
Return was created for those moments.
Through tarot, reflection and journalling, this Pathway helps you slow things down enough to notice what has become difficult to hear — the patterns you’ve fallen into, the assumptions you’ve stopped questioning, and the parts of your experience that might deserve more of your attention.
There’s no hidden answer you’re trying to uncover and no perfect version of yourself to get back to.
Return is about rebuilding the habit of paying attention to yourself — and becoming curious about what you find when you do.
You might be here because…
you’ve become disconnected from yourself or the things that once made you feel alive
you’ve spent so long responding to what life requires that you’re not sure what you want anymore
something feels as though it needs to change, even if you can’t yet say what
you’re tired of pushing through without paying attention to how you’re actually experiencing your life
you’ve lost touch with what feels meaningful, interesting or important to you
you keep looking outside yourself for certainty and want to become more able to trust your own experience
What is Return?
Return is a self-paced Pathway for those times when you’ve become disconnected from yourself and it’s difficult to hear your own experience beneath everything else demanding your attention.
It was created for the quieter, more uncertain periods — when something no longer feels quite right, but you don’t yet know what that means or what, if anything, needs to change.
Through reflective lessons, tarot practices and journalling, Return helps you pay closer attention to what’s actually happening: what you’ve been overriding, what keeps returning, where fear or expectation might be shaping your choices, and what feels important when you stop rushing towards an answer.
Across the Pathway, you’ll explore self-trust, emotional honesty, fear, identity, creativity and some of the patterns that can make it difficult to recognise our own experience clearly.
You don’t need to arrive feeling inspired, confident or certain.
Return begins by helping you notice where you are — and giving you the time and space to become curious about what you find there.
What’s Inside
Return is made up of a series of self-paced lessons designed to give you the time and structure to pay closer attention to your own experience.
Inside, we explore themes such as:
disconnection from yourself and your creativity
self-trust and learning to listen more closely
fear, avoidance and protective patterns
identity and periods of change
intuition, discernment and emotional honesty
recognising what happens when you stop overriding your own experience
Each lesson combines reflective teaching, tarot practices and journalling prompts that invite you to bring what you’re exploring into conversation with your own life.
There’s no need to move through the Pathway quickly.
Take your time with what catches your attention, and return to the material when something asks to be looked at again.
